Stanford Students Visit TsingWo 青火: An Insight into China's Business Landscape

On June 19, 2025, a group of sophomores and juniors from Stanford University paid a visit to the garment processing factory of TsingWo 青火. This visit was part of their educational tour in China, which kicked off in Hong Kong and covered several of the country's fastest - growing cities, including Shenzhen, Dongguan, Hangzhou, Yiwu, Shanghai, and Beijing.​

In Dongguan, the Stanford students selected only two enterprises to visit. One was the OPPO mobile phone production base in Chang'an Town, Dongguan, a renowned name in the global smartphone industry. The other was TsingWo 青火 Garment Co., Ltd., a significant player in the garment manufacturing sector.​

TsingWo 青火，known for its high - quality garment production, provided the students with a unique opportunity to observe the intricate processes involved in clothing manufacturing. From fabric selection to the final stitching, the students witnessed firsthand how a piece of clothing is transformed from raw materials to a finished product ready for the market.​
